1. General Terms

- We do not guarantee the ownership, condition, legality, or quality of the vehicles or properties listed.
- All information provided by users (dealers, agents, individuals) must be accurate and genuine.
- By using our platform, you agree to follow all applicable laws and provide correct details.
2. Vehicle Listings (Cars, Bikes, Scooters, Commercial Vehicles)
- Dealers and sellers must list only genuine vehicles with valid RC book, insurance, PUC, loan clearance (if applicable), and ownership details.
- Misrepresentation of model, mileage, ownership, or price is strictly prohibited.
- Buyers must verify all documents through RTO or authorized agencies before making any payment.
- SIX Buy & Sell does not take responsibility for disputes regarding pricing, EMI/loan offers, warranty, delivery delays, or after-sale services.
- Fake, duplicate, or misleading listings will be removed, and accounts may be suspended.
3. Property Listings (Residential & Commercial)
- Sellers/agents must upload properties with authentic ownership documents, approvals, and legal clearance.
- Buyers/tenants are responsible for verifying title deeds, RERA approvals, and legal records before purchasing or renting.
- SIX Buy & Sell does not validate property ownership, legal status, or valuation.
- Misleading or false listings will be removed immediately, and repeat offenders will be blacklisted.
4. Dealer & Agent Responsibilities
- Dealers/agents must ensure full transparency.
- Loan/EMI schemes must be genuine.
- Agents must clearly disclose brokerage or service charges.
- Fraudulent behavior may lead to account termination.
5. User Responsibilities
- Buyers must review all information carefully.
- Physical inspection and document verification is mandatory.
- Payments should be made through secure channels only.
- Spam or abusive content is not allowed.
6. SIX Buy & Sell Role & Disclaimer
- SIX Buy & Sell is an intermediary platform.
- No warranty or guarantee is provided.
- We are not liable for disputes or losses.
7. Loans, EMI & Finance
- Finance services are provided by banks/NBFCs.
- Terms depend on the lender.
- Users must verify finance terms independently.
8. Complaints & Disputes
- Disputes should be resolved between buyer and seller.
- Fraud must be reported immediately.
- Accounts may be suspended on repeated complaints.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with courts in India.
